Job Description
Provide regular inputs to Customer service incharge.
Provide customer service to end customers in the designated districts.
Track and report quality of company product through on site tests, market sampling.
Collect independent feedback from end customers about selling process (Price, Service Levels, Quality, etc) and report the same to Customer service incharge.
Manage relationship with Key Accounts and Key Influencers for relevant districts (category A channel partners, large non trade accounts, architects, etc).
Relevant and Timely Inputs.
No. of Customer Complaints successfully settled and within time.
Process Quality Indicators.
Customer Satisfaction Index for relevant districts.
Relevant and timely reports about product quality.
Relevant and Timely Reports.
