Recruit develop and train a team of team members (who would be on
commission basis)for selling life insurance policies.
Goal setting of the team in accordance to the company goals and to
achieve these goals on a month on month basis.
Create strategies for growth in sales volumes in existing markets and
identify new markets for establishing presence and generate enhanced
business opportunities
To monitor the performance of the team by following a regular
tracking system and to ensure that the team members earn a good
incentive so that the sales targets are achieved as well.
Looking after profitability of the Agency.
Mentor and coach the team members to enhance output and selling
skills.
Continuously motivating and driving the team for overall growth of
organization as well as team
Dynamic Candidate having 2 or more years of experience
Good Communication Skill
Leadership skill
a Zeal to earn more money
candidate should not below 24 yrs and not above 34 yrs.
Salary 2.11lac-2.54lac + Incentives
